The store is far easier to navigate now, products and collections are actually findable, and she cleaned up the SEO foundation in ways I didn't even know needed fixing. She caught broken links, dead collection pages, and structural issues I'd been walking past for months, and she fixed them without me having to chase her on any of it. Every deadline was met, and her communication was excellent from start to finish, so I always knew where things stood.
