We are very happy with the entire Shopify implementation and migration process. Moving an established e-commerce store to a new platform is a complex project, especially with a large product catalogue, multiple variants, extensive product data and metafields, as well as years of customer and order history. One of our biggest concerns was making sure that all of this data could be migrated accurately while keeping the store fully functional. Radek handled the entire process very professionally - from migrating products, customer accounts and historical orders to setting up metafields, integrations and adapting Shopify to the specific requirements of our business. What we particularly appreciated was his ability to understand not only the technical side of the project, but also the practical needs of an established e-commerce business. Whenever we encountered platform-specific limitations or unexpected issues during the migration, he was able to find practical solutions rather than simply relying on standard configurations. Communication was clear and responsive throughout the project, and we felt well supported both during the migration and the launch itself.
