It has been a pleasure to work with Stacelynn again. She spent time to research my products and created a website with enhanced contents that would appeal to the NA market. Will work with her again in the future.

We needed to upgrade to Shopify 2.0 and Stacelynn rebuilt our site and made *several* improvements along the way. She was so easy to work with - very intentional and thoughtful about the customer experience, suggesting changes we hadn't considered. She went above and beyond, helping us clean up and organize an abundance of products for a cleaner process moving forward, as well as making things happen quickly and smoothly. We were really pleased with her communication, design and development skills and are so excited for our updated site - would absolutely recommend working with her!

Working with Stacelynn was an absolute dream! Right from the start, she dove in to not only understand what our technical needs were, but to understand our brand values and the feeling we wanted to leave our customers and site visitors with. While we had a list of elements we wanted to tackle, she made a number of suggestions that we would have never even thought possible for our budget and made us dream even bigger. Every step of the way, she explained the features and elements that she was implementing to showcase how they could work and get our input to make sure that she tweaked them all just perfectly. She supported us through the launch of the new site to make sure everything was running smoothly and even installed a cool up-sale feature a day before our launch to support a new promo that we had just thought up. I'm so thankful that I was able to work with someone so kind and skilled who had my best-interest in mind every step of the way.

I couldn't recommend The Idea Lounge highly enough - Stacelynn is a dream to work with and knows Shopify inside out, and it shows! The process from start to finish was clear, smooth and pain free, and our final website exceeded my expectations. I felt all of my ideas were taken on board and brought to life - as if by magic!

I couldn't have asked for a better person to take the lead on designing my website. Stacelynn is smart, creative, and extremely conscientious. She has an artist's passion for what she does. She uses recorded video tutorials extremely well, both to give progress reports and to teach end users parts of a website's functionality. I needed a less masculine website for a business with shifting demographics, and she delivered that beautifully. I've hired her repeatedly since then, and look forward to working with her again soon.

Working with Stacelynn on my custom website build was easy, seamless, and stress free! Stacelynn is extremely knowledgeable in this field and her expertise and professionalism really shined in all of her communications with me, in the design of the website, and throughout the entire process. The website is intuitive, clean, and beautiful. It functions perfectly and is easy to navigate and shop on no matter what device you're using. Stacelynn also provided exceptional support after the launch, which I am so grateful for! She is quick to respond to any inquiries and is always helpful & patient, taking the time to explain the 'why' behind certain things. I truly appreciate that. I am so glad I chose to work with Stacelynn and The Idea Lounge and I highly recommend her services if you're searching for the right person to create a beautiful, seamless, exceptional website!

Stacelynn is pure gold! Her work is impeccable & there isn't a problem she can't overcome. I am so crazy picky, and she stuck with me the entire journey to a beautiful, functional, and professional website. I needed my old Volusion website moved over to Shopify & she didn't even blink an eye. She moved all of my products over, and they look beautiful. The main issue I had with Shopify was the limit to product choices (dropdowns and such). Stacelynn researched apps to work around the issue and found one that is robust and wonderful. Out of all of the issues & ideas I threw at her, she never once told me something couldn't be done. I can't recommend her enough. Seriously. She's brilliant at working with small businesses. She is creative and focuses on UX along with beautiful design. The website worked flawlessly from the moment we went live. She is an absolute pleasure to work with.

Working with Stacelynn of The Idea Lounge was fantastic! It was time to level up my business from just having a presence on Etsy but it felt daunting to take that next step. Stacelynn's Maker Package was the perfect solution to create a beautiful, professional website. Her process is clear, uncomplicated and she went out of her way to ensure we arrived at a site that serves my needs. Stacelynn is friendly, responsive and knowledgeable--I highly recommend her for makers you need a Shopify site!
