  What's included

  We build on Horizon, Shopify's current theme architecture, and we build for speed and conversion rather than for the screenshot. Recent work includes Givino, an independent wine shop in Frome, rebuilt on Horizon and live since October. We also run two Shopify brands of our own, so the patterns we ship have already been tested on our own traffic and our own ad spend.

  What's included

  Moving a store is where rankings get lost. We move the storefront, the domain, the email and the tracking together, and we protect the search rankings already earned. We did exactly that for Bessette, and we moved Givino off its old theme onto Horizon without changing a single web address. Where something needs doing we deal with it rather than sending back a list.

  Conversion work on the traffic you already have, paired with merchandising so the two pull in the same direction. We run it for Bessette alongside their paid media. We also run it on our own two Shopify brands, on our own money, which is where most of what we recommend gets tested before a client ever sees it.

  What's included

  Technical SEO and site structure, plus the migration work that stops rankings disappearing when a domain or platform moves. That is the part most teams underestimate, and it is the part we handled for Bessette. We will tell you when something cannot be measured rather than reporting a number neither of us believes.

  Paid media across Google and Meta, with the tracking built properly underneath it before spend scales. We run Bessette's across both platforms, and we run our own two brands on real budget every day. We would rather fix attribution first and scale second than hand you a dashboard that flatters everyone.

• Powerlete

  Powerlete is our in-house activewear brand, built and scaled from inception. UK-based and shipping to 55 countries, it's a true global operation. The Shopify store is engineered with advanced, data-driven functionality to maximise AOV and CVR - proof we don't just build stores, we run them.

• FITTR

  Fittr Nutrition is a CPG supplement brand, built and scaled from inception. A subscription-based creatine gummy brand shipping to 20 countries, with advanced upsells and a highly conversion-optimised Shopify store - managed end-to-end by our team across website, marketing, and operations.

• Bessette

  Curated designer fashion at a discount, run by two founders. We handle conversion rate optimisation, merchandising and paid media across Meta and Google, and we moved the store, domain, email and tracking onto new footing without losing the search rankings they had already earned.

• Knack Snacks

  High-protein chocolate snacks, built subscription-first on Shopify. A Horizon build with a one, two and three pack subscription selector, quick-add throughout, and Loop, Judge.me and Smile.io integrated. Set up for UK and US markets, built to WCAG 2.2 AA, with Core Web Vitals treated as a requirement rather than something to fix later.

• Black Sand Distribution

  A B2B distributor of some of the world's best beverage, snack and confectionery brands. Wholesale ordering on Shopify, where the catalogue is large, the buyers are trade rather than consumer, and the job is making a wide range fast to order from rather than pretty to browse.

• Givino

  An award-winning independent wine shop in Frome, selling online and from its shop and tasting room. We rebuilt the store on Horizon and kept every web address exactly as it was, with the range now browsable eight ways, from country and region to grape and style, so hundreds of wines never land on anyone at once. Support and SEO carry on with us now it is live.
