• Theme customizationFrom $200
  What's included

  Included in starting price: We do a lot of work adding additional features to Shopify websites so we have a lot of experience working with theme code not written by ourselves. As all custom features / code additions are so unique to the site in terms of your requirements, what your site can do already, it's impossible to provide a generic quote. And if you're not sure of an exact solution, tell us your problem and we'll solve it for you. Provide us with as much information as you can for an accurate quote. Additional work and price information: All our quotes are based on the information given to us at the time. Along with the quote, we will provide you with a set list of functionality we will be adding, based on the information you have given us and any ideas we have had. Although we're happy to revise the scope of the job at any time, any changes may affect the original quote.

• TroubleshootingFrom $100
  What's included

  Included in starting price: We do a lot of troubleshooting on Shopify websites and therefore we have a lot of experience with finding the problem and coming up with a solution as efficiently as possible. As all troubleshooting can be different, we charge an initial fee upfront to investigate the problem. This equates to around 2 hours of time. If it's an easy fix, we will also resolve the problem during this time. Additional work and price information: Our investigation time gives us the opportunity to have a look round your site and identify the cause of the problem. In the event the problem is either difficult to identify, or difficult to fix, we will advise you of a revised time scale and budget. We can do this more accurately after our investigation time as we'll have had the time to have a proper look at the issue and even if we can't fix it fully, we can rule out what the problem isn't!

• Store build or redesignFrom $2,500
  What's included

  Included in starting price: We will build or re-design your store using a theme from the Shopify theme store as a basis. This service includes: - Entire store setup including help with all the settings, payments and shipping - Theme customisation to match your branding and requirements - Data setup including collections and products (Limits apply) - Site setup including pages and blog - App installation and setup Please note, theme customisation is limited to the functionality provided in the theme. Additional work and price information: All standard store setup is included in the price. Elements not included in the price include: - Cost of the theme - Data setup of collections and products over 100 items - We can quote for additional items - Theme customisation outside the scope of the theme's functionality - We can quote for any changes or additional functionality you require. - Bespoke app installation or integration requiring coding - Page copy and all images - Let us know if you need help with this

  Included in starting price: We will migrate your store from another platform using either a theme from the Shopify theme store or build a custom theme. This service includes: - Entire store setup including help with all the settings, payments and shipping - Theme customisation to match your branding and requirements (using pre-bought theme) - Data migration including collections and products (Limits apply depending on platform) - Site setup including pages and blog - App installation and setup Additional work and price information: A standard store migration is included in the price. • Custom apps and integrationsFrom $2,500
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Due to the nature of custom apps and integrations, every job is bespoke and is therefore scoped individually. Typically, we will start by gathering all your requirements and discuss possible options with you before giving you a firm quote. Depending on the size of the app, it may be easier to jump on a call to discuss your needs. All our bespoke apps require separate hosting to your Shopify website, but we can provide this at a cost of £60 per year. Additional work and price information: Alongside your bespoke app, we can also provide a range of complementary services including logo design, content editing, hosting and other bespoke work for your Shopify store. We are very confident writing a stand alone app or integrating with any third party API.
