  The images/website were migrated appropriately. The customer accounts were not. They were migrated multiple times leaving us with multiple issues related to subscriptions. The work start was delayed. We have had to source another web developer to correct the issues. our subscriptions were not transferable - this was not highlighted until the tenth hour. We were thus affected by a drop in revenue by 30%. We were advised to contact them individually to resubscribe. Would have needed better advice prior such as a change in the URL as an option.
