• Migration Project for IDEA

  IDEA are a London-based independent publisher and renowned bookshop. GreenBerry worked with IDEA to migrate their existing 123 Reg ecommerce store to a new custom Shopify build designed to support a large catalogue, editorial content, and a more flexible customer experience. With over 10,000 products and 350 Superbook articles, the project involved a full-scale migration with a focus on SEO.

• Migration Project for Ultimate Parts

  Having outgrown their existing Magento platform, Ultimate Parts partnered with GreenBerry to deliver a high-performance ecommerce rebuild on Shopify designed to support a large and fast-moving automotive catalogue. The project involved the migration and restructuring of complex product and collection data, alongside the development of custom collection and product page templates.

• Migration Project for Croylek

  GreenBerry helped Croylek, a UK based Electrical products wholesaler migrate from their old Magento site to Shopify. Our careful planning and migration process maintained their excellent search engine rankings and ensured there was no decline in organic traffic. We also created a bespoke theme which reflected the Croylek brand.

  Simon built the Yoli Pantry site and set up the SEO foundation behind it. He is the rare developer who gets brand restraint. Keeping things clean was never a negotiation, and he understood what we were trying to do without a long brief. He was an effective communicator, stayed open to my communication preferences (not easy being across the world from one another), and kept me in the loop on the details in a way that fit my own systems (Notion). He works thoroughly, communicates clearly, and delivers what he says he will. If you want someone who holds the standard without being managed, hire him.

  GreenBerry is run by Simon Presland and we really recommend him very highly. We migrated an online store with 60,000 previous orders, over 10,000 products and at least 100 editorial pages over to Shopify and absolutely nothing has gone wrong. Many things that could have gone wrong were anticipated by Simon and avoided, or spotted very early and quickly fixed. We were selling in the hour before the DNS switchover and selling in the hour after. We invited 20,000 subscribers to find errors in the site and no one found any. We are very impressed!
