  Included in starting price: Klaviyo - Audit of existing account (if relevant), implementing signup forms and view product code for your Shopify store, implementing 4 basic flows (welcome series, cart abandonment, browse abandonment, post purchase). Excludes copywriting. Additional work and price information: We focus only on the Klaviyo email marketing platform: - Implementing automations (flows), - Setting up templates, - Designing signup forms, and - Optimizing on an ongoing basis with A/B testing. We can also support you with copywriting and graphic design.

  What's included

  Included in starting price: This is our hourly rate for creating and managing social media ads. We also charge a % of ad spend on a sliding scale depending on total monthly ad spend. We support our clients with paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. Additional work and price information: - Excludes creative - all creative to be provided by the client

The project involved upgrading us to Shopify Store 2.0 using the Horizon theme, but what stood out was how Interstice approached this as more than just a technical migration. They improved our site to be far more informative and appealing, particularly through the implementation of dynamic content across our product pages.   NOTA Chocolates, based in Montreal, worked with Interstice Consulting to migrate our website to Shopify. The project included setting up the storefront, organizing the user experience, and configuring the backend. Overall, the process was smooth. They had a clear plan going in, which helped avoid disruptions on our end and kept everything organized during the transition. Our product setup can get a bit complicated with different formats and variations, so it was important to get the SKU structure right, they handled that well.
