Mikamai has been building ecommerce websites since it was founded in 2008. Based in Milan, Italy, we have worked with different clients to create effective brands and communications strategy, high-quality design that couples best practices with innovative techniques.

  What's included

  Included in starting price: Starting with the brief and all the insights (exploration workshop, analysis from within, business strategies,..), we do a deep benchmark and market research to better understand trends and best practice.We define some design principles and start to draft concept, both for the logo and the visual. We choose one or more concept and then we start to define the design. We deliver the whole brand system, including logo, versions, colors, fonts, graphics, tone of voice, rules and guidelines. Additional work and price information: We can provide a full service, such as copywriting, motion graphic and professional photo shooting, all kind of suppliers for printing and publishing on several media. We also follow the launch of the brand and the follow up on social media, pr, influencers and creators. All these serveces are excluded from the starting price, such as font licenses, photo/audio/video from stock.

  What's included

  Included in starting price: We design and develop every kind of banners according to the brand strategy and visual of the company/product. Usually we design two drafts, then we define the choosen one. We indlude one round of rework before the final delivery Additional work and price information: Customizations, extra-revisions are not included in the starting price.

• Video and illustrationsFrom $400
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Starting from the brief and the goals of the illustrations and the brand, we make a research for best practice and style. We design a draft of the illustration, then we work on it in two round of reviews. We deliver a final version, including a final round of rework to finalize the work. Additional work and price information: The price depend on the dimensions and the level of details required. Extra-revisions and reworks are not included in the starting price.

  We are a Vintage shop with 3 stores located in Milan, we needed to have an ecommerce and to be more visible for our retail customers. Being a small company we needed to have an easy to use platform. Mikamai helped us to find shopify and built our ecommerce. After that they helped us to start to use shopify. With Matteo and Andrea from Mikamai we did a 2 days of training to all the shop personal with main topics creation, management of content, catalog, reporting, users and other minor features. We are now working togther. Matteo and Francesco have been very helpful and able to communicate with our personal wich hasn't a formal training in ecommerce and digital marketing.
