The solutions Photon Factory provided were nothing short of awesome. I only regret waiting so long and struggling to fix this it myself! He solved my issue in minutes...I don’t even want to think of how many hours I wasted in DIY mode. Prompt, professional and friendly! I feel so empowered knowing that I have Chris to help me in the future. Thank you Photon!!!

I have nothing but praise for the work and communication by Chris at Photon Factory. As this was the first time I hired anyone for modifications to my website, I was unsure what to expect nor how to proceed. Luckily, Chris helped guide me through the process and was always able to perform the tweaks required. He gladly made different changes following my comments and was a joy to work with. Moreover, the price was fair and I am extremely satisfied with the services rendered. I will definitely be using Photon Factory's services for any future work needed on my Shopify website. Thank you!

I have worked with many developers and designers over my career. I am no stranger to the process of website development. Chris and Hikari are a breath of fresh air in what can, in many cases, turn into a very frustrating process. They listen. They ask questions. They offer suggestions. They understand timelines. They bring their talent and positivity to the table. I would not have the store I have today without Photon- simple as that. We have had rave reviews on user experience, responsiveness across devices and our design- this is 100% Photon Factory. I highly recommend this amazing agency and team.

Loved working with Hikari from Photon Factory. She has great communications skills, a great eye for design and does excellent work! From now on, I'll only be using her for all my design and web work. Thanks again for all your help, Hikari! I couldn't have launched this business without you. :-)
