• Nike Australia Website Migration

  When Nike Australia’s retail partner needed to keep trading during store closures, Prosper Digital rapidly built a custom Shopify Plus experience for Nike Members. We integrated Brauz appointments, Salesforce and Pronto, enabled local-store revenue attribution and multi-location fulfilment, and kept sales flowing while physical doors were closed.

  Prosper Digital migrated Lioness from Shopify 1.0 to Shopify 2.0 in three months, with no loss of functionality. We refreshed the UX, navigation, product and collection pages and cart. Within six weeks, sales increased 113%, orders 130% and conversion rate 74% year on year, while add-to-cart rate rose 93%.

• Space Furniture Shopify Plus PDP Redesign | +38% Add-to-Cart

  We redesigned Space Furniture’s Shopify Plus product pages to simplify complex product choices and better reflect its premium showroom experience. Within two weeks of launch, add-to-cart rate increased 38%, product-content engagement rose 25% and key conversion events grew 28%, validating the new customer journey.

  We redesigned and rebuilt Open Colleges on Shopify Plus, reworking the course research and enrolment journey and integrating Panorama CRM for payments, onboarding and same-day course access. In the first 90 days, sales increased 400%, more than 300 orders were placed and conversion rose from 0.04% to 0.1%.

  Retailors has worked with Prosper Digital since 2017, from projects for Nike, Samsung and TOMS to most recently Mattel. Prosper has been an amazing partner. When we brought Mattel Creations to Australia in 2025, they took what was a very complex codebase provided to us by Mattel US and designed and adapted it for the Australian market in under three months - all localized for AU pricing, tax, shipping and fulfilment and integrated with the Pronto ERP and Klaviyo. They had us up and operating efficiently and effectively from launch in July 2025. In the first five months we grew memberships by 74% and recorded an NPS above the online retail benchmark. More importantly, once we were set up, the ongoing support has been just as strong, which has made running the site easy. Jacob, Jessie and the team work closely with the US Mattel team on ongoing releases and have handled bots and traffic spikes on launch days. They provide strategy and advice on how to best optimize both customer experience and conversion.   Prosper Digital were engaged to design and implement a custom solution within Shopify to enable inventory transfers directly from point of sale devices, addressing a key limitation in the platform’s native functionality. The Prosper team delivered a user friendly, fully integrated app that allowed our 400+ retail staff to initiate and receive stock transfers in real time from POS devices. This supported the high-volume environment in retail across the Australian Open for the 2026 Slam, where we processed up to ~100 store transfers per day, and ensured stock could move efficiently between locations without reliance on admin-based workflows. Prosper Digital were able to understand our unique environment and delivered a solution that aligned. The result; improved efficiency, reduced pressure on management-level processes, and gave store teams the tools they needed to manage inventory on the ground.
