  Lenna of Rocksteady Shops, helped me a couple years ago with some custom theme modifications on a shopify site, so when I needed help again I didn't hesitate to reach out to her right away. I was so happy to hear she was still taking on small jobs. She completely understands what I worry might be complicated wishes, and just makes them so. She is open and clear in communications and had no issue in also assisting me with general guidance to do my own back end tweaks & modifications to the code for future reference.   Lenna did an excellent job on the redesign and implementation of our website. She really listened to our ideas and preferences and incorporated all of them into her website design. She also gained a thorough understanding of the uniqueness of our business, Gypsy Wools, which is a store that sells knitting, fiber, and needlework supplies and a sense of community to our customers. She asked for our input at many intervals throughout the design process and incorporated our requested changes. She designed a beautiful and functional website that is easy to navigate and beautifully displays our products. We were very concerned about transitioning to a new website, but it was a great experience. Thanks to Lenna's attention to detail, and thorough testing of the new website, it had full functionality and was fully usable the day it became operational. She also provided documentation on the maintenance of the website. The way she implemented the design, it is very easy for us to maintain the existing site and add new products, pictures and text.   Working with Lenna T was great! Our website was for an annual charity event that would allow participants and sponsors to register online. We had a very customized website to create, so she spent the time with us to make a plan that would suit our needs. Extreme care was taken to ensure that the site would be "user-friendly" for our customers, and also that the site would be informative and attractive. She is very familiar with the Shopify system, and was able to accommodate our customized requests without making the site complicated.
