  Fourmeta delivered a high volume of changes to the website and were available to respond to issues that arose whenever I needed them. They operated a highly complex headless Shopify tech stack showing a willingness to adopt bleeding edge technology and innovated in interactive design to deliver a high performing, customised user experience. Their user researcher provided excellent input into the site IA and usability of the design prototypes. The agency started as a team of nimble developers and designers and has lately progressed to formalise key disciplines needed for scale such as project management and QA. I've docked a star on communication as the work could have been better prepared, estimated and updated and a star on quality as there were times when the new features and functionality were launched with bugs.
