Top Hat Provisions is a US-based direct-to-consumer brand selling non-alcoholic beverages. The store was converting at 1% - weighed down by an outdated design, broken functionality, and an offer structure that gave customers no real reason to buy. We rebuilt the store from the ground up. Conversion rate tripled from 1% to 3%, and AOV climbed 28%.

Dewha is one of the biggest beauty brands in the Philippines and an important player across South-East Asia. We replatformed them from WooCommerce to Shopify. I approached Paul to help me build the shop of my dreams :) and I got more than that. I got a shop that looks good but most important is the back end , the little details, that no one sees - super high quality, most of the features are automated. The only downfall I can think about was a bit of a delay in launch time, that could have been communicated a bit better. but it is such a small detail in comparison to the whole experience. considering my store has so many different products from different categories, it's a big and complex website to make. I was in communication with Paul and Alcmena and both have great attitude, putting their customers first and make sure that even in stressful time they have your back. Overall - highly recommended and I wish I could keep them with me for longer :)
