  Included in starting price: Our Shopify build and redesign services can range from using a Shopify theme and populating it with minor customisations all the way to using it as a basepoint and completely revamping it to your brands required look and feel. As well as designing and building the store, our team will setup all the Shopify backend systems ready for you to sell on and integrate the required apps. Additional work and price information: All of our Shopify eCommerce stores are designed and developed in-house from our London offices and with a dedicated project manager assigned to each store you will have a single point of contact for the life of your project.

  What's included

  Included in starting price: Migrating can seem like a very daunting process and it of course needs careful planning and execution to make sure the migration to Shopify happens smoothly. Our team has successfully migrated clients from a variety of platforms and understand all the components that make a successful migration, from taking care to evaluate your current data paths to the monitoring of data once moved over to Shopify. Our team will hand hold you through every step of the way making sure the process is error free. Additional work and price information: What data can be migrated depends on your existing platform. We have supported clients migrate from Magento 1, Magento 2, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Weebly, Drupal, Squarespace, Wix, as well as custom solutions. You will need to provide us with the data in a format that is required, such as MySQL database or a .csv file.

  Included in starting price: One hour of customisation to your product or collection page. We can highly customise the majority of themes to match the look and feel you require. Additional work and price information: There may be some limitations depending on your current theme setup. The number of hours you will require will depend on the scope of work required.

  Included in starting price: Connecting your domain name to Shopify. Additional work and price information: Alongside the domain setup, we can also quote on setting up all the backend settings on Shopify. Please reach out to us for a quote.

  Included in starting price: One hour of consulting on strategy for your store and providing guidance provided by phone or video call. Additional work and price information: Business strategy highly depends on what your looking to get from this what areas of your business you require support with. Most clients will choose a monthly support and advice service. Our minimum monthly support hours are 6 hours per month.

  Included in starting price: One hour of consulting on the performance of your store providing guidance provided by phone or video call. Additional work and price information: The majority of clients will need 3-6 hours of this service if you would like a full report and investigation of your sites look, feel and performance.

  Included in starting price: One hour of troubleshooting on your store. We can troubleshoot a host of issues you may be facing from things not working as they should, bug fixing and more. Additional work and price information: Some errors caused by apps may require the app developers input. We can advise on this if needed.

  Michael and his team were amazing to work with. They were very supportive, identified exactly what I would need to provide them to build my website.
