  Already well established, Jo Mercer engaged The Hope Factory to optimise their online sales process and usability. Redesigning their product filter, grouping similar products and adding a customised click-and-collect feature resulted in a significant increase in sales and an elegant, feature-rich website. • Wittner

  Wittner's omnichannel migration from BigCommerce to Shopify Plus delivered a high-performance experience integrated with Retail Express for Click & Collect. The custom-designed solution features advanced filtering and loyalty functionality, achieving a 4× speed increase on mobile and a 1.3× improvement on desktop.   Robert Gordon is one of Australia’s last large-scale potteries and has been manufacturing high-fired stoneware for over 75 years. We've collaborated with the brand for over five years on the Robert Gordon Pottery, Interiors and Hospitality sites. • Coco & Lola

  To help accelerate Coco & Lola’s strong growth, we migrated the brand from Neto to Shopify Plus and integrated their five boutiques with Retail Express POS system this allowed them to seamlessly manage customers, products, pricing, inventory, orders, and marketing from one system. • W. Titley & Co.

  After struggling with the functionality of its Magento site, we helped W. Titley & Co. re-platform to Shopify before shortly upgrading to Shopify Plus to support its rapid growth - conversions increased by 40%, traffic went up 85%, and orders increased by 156%.   Working with The Hope Factory team on Timber Kids was a unique experience. As the agency's owner, I'm obviously close to our work, but this project reminded me how special our team is and why I love what we do. The brief was clear - modernise the design, improve the user experience, and ultimately lift conversions on key pages. Our design team nailed the aesthetic – clean, warm, and perfectly suited to the brand's audience of parents and educators. But the real satisfaction came when development handed over a build that matched the custom design. No compromises, no "we couldn't quite get that to work" conversations. Most importantly, the numbers backed it up. Conversion rates on key pages improved noticeably after launch, which was the key measure of success for this project. It's one thing to deliver a beautiful store; it's another to deliver one that actually performs better. The Timber Kids project achieved both, and I'm super proud of what Rax and the team produced.

  We are so glad that we were recommended to use the Hope Factory to design and implement our new website. From the very start Andrew and Rax provided a clear and precise quote for their services that was suitable for our business requirements. The process to design and develop our Shopify website was a simple process. Our development manager Gati actually made the project enjoyable and neither party had ridiculous deadlines or expectations. All of the milestones were able to be achieved in the given timeframes.
