Featured work

• JB Hi-Fi

  Partnering with JB Hi-Fi and Shopify Plus to deliver an outstanding result — a successful migration of one of Australia’s largest retailers to Shopify Plus. Our successful project unlocked massive online growth for JB Hi-Fi. Post launch, we continue to support the JB Hi-Fi team to improve the eCommerce experience for customers.

• KOOKAÏ

  We are KOOKAÏ’s long-term eCommerce partners, and work with their team to design, improve and grow Australian and international sales with Shopify Plus. Our work with KOOKAÏ includes design and theme development, omnichannel feature development, cross-border implementation and eCommerce strategy.

• Mister Zimi

  We partnered with Mister Zimi to design and develop a new custom theme for their Shopify Plus store. Included in the project was a bespoke icon library, impeccable design system, module design and then build of a super-flexible Online Store 2.0 Shopify theme. We continue to work with Mister Zimi in our Growth Framework, providing consistent eCommerce improvement since launch.

• SHEIKE

  We worked with the SHEIKE team to reimagine their eCommerce experience — updating the SHEIKE brand, leading a highly-collaborative design process then building a flexible, fast and beautiful new Online Store 2.0 theme for their Shopify store. We continue to work with SHEIKE in our Growth Framework to provide continuous improvement of their eCommerce customer experience and strategy driving growth.

• New Era Cap

  New Era partnered with The Working Party to migrate their Australian eCommerce from Hybris to Shopify Plus. This project included full eCommerce design with interactive prototyping, development of a flexible, responsive and fast-loading Online Store 2.0 storefront, and UX development of some unique features. We continue to drive growth for New Era in our Growth Framework each month.

• Assembly Label

  We have partnered with Assembly Label since 2018 since migrating eCommerce from Magento, redesigning the website and providing continuous improvement services to grow online revenue. Key initiatives during this time have included omnichannel initiatives to support their growing retail network, new trading and charitable eCommerce features, same day shipping and more.

  Working with Cal’s team (Jessica and Wesley specifically) was a really good experience. We’re still relatively new to the eCommerce scene and have very unique goals, but they were able to contextualize and align with our requirements in a very effective way. The team was very accommodating, but straightforward and transparent enough, when discussing and dealing with any possible issues. In terms of financials and payments, everything was also made very clear and easy to follow. Our first theme design and store output with them has shown positive results so far and is something we want to explore further with them.   I came into contact with Cal at a crucial time for our business. We were previously operating on a WooCommerce website, which was crashing frequently due to our growth. It was a highly stressful time and Cal was available to offer his expertise to help us find the best solution (with the Working Party or otherwise). I really appreciated his commitment to helping us at a time of need. I decided to proceed with Cal and his team on a tight deadline of 4 weeks for the entire build and launch. As our existing site was constantly down, we needed a new website up as quickly as possible. Other partners quoted a minimum of 6-8 weeks and Cal's commitment to working with us was very impressive. Cal and his team were very resourceful and overly helpful, allowing us to meet our launch date and create what I can only describe as an incredible website. Our conversion rate has significantly increased and our customers are having such a positive experience. I'm so proud of what we have worked to create. This served to create a seamless user experience and growth of our brand recognition on an expanded scale. The Doctor’s Kitchen Australia is Australia's only Doctor prescribed weight loss meals. These meals are recommended by a Doctor, uniquely and exclusively available through a Doctor and then monitored by the Doctor through regular follow up appointments. At each point, The Working Party provided an exception level of support and demonstrated their technical expertise and unique capability, to launch a distinct platform that allows us to leverage a diversified array of products to help improve the general health of the Australian public, a cause that we and our Doctors are incredibly passionate about.
