  Included in starting price: We will carry out a 2h investigation into the issue. If it can be fixed within 2h we will resolve the issue as well. Additional work and price information: At any point when we find the issue, we will provide an estimate if longer than 2h. Please provide as much detail about the issue as possible, including screenshots/video, steps to reproduce, device/browser etc. Prices are dependent on the nature of the issue and the remedial work required.   What's included

  Included in starting price: We will set up and configure any of the payment gateways available for Shopify for you. We will test and assist you with switching the payment method from test to live mode. Additional work and price information: Any non-integrated payment gateways will likely require further time and budget, please speak to us about which payment option you want to use on your store.

  Included in starting price: We will carry out an investigation into your Shopify / Shopify Plus store and put together a report of our findings along with clear list of actions and suggested priority order. Additional work and price information: If desired we can also provide an estimate to rectify the issues we uncovered in the report.

  Included in starting price: We will set you up with our preferred email automation suite to increase revenue from emails and potential lost revenue by capturing abandoned baskets and inactive customers. We will design and implement 4 automation flows along with a flexible template that can be used for ongoing emails. Additional work and price information: We will work together with you to put together a tailored monthly package to manage the newsletters on your behalf.

  Included in starting price: We will set up your store with Google Analytics Enhanced Ecommerce. Additional work and price information: We will ensure your site is tracking correctly with GA. More advanced tracking (e.g. goals, funnels may require additional budget).

  Included in starting price: Through the years we've built up an extensive knowledge of various integrations that are relevant for our customers. We work together with our partners and other 3rd parties to use ready-made apps and integration to the benefit of merchants. Our partners include Vipps, Klevu, Bold, Klaviyo, Klarna and Adyen. We will scope your requirements and liaise with the relevant system managers, before identifying and implementing a best-practice solution. Additional work and price information: There are likely to be 3rd party costs when using partner systems which you will be responsible for. If there is no pre-existing integration for your desired 3rd parties we have experience in building custom integrations where required.

• Theme customizationFrom $500
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Our team can add bespoke functionality, covering design, development and custom features or code. Every website is different and we will work with you to deliver your requirements, whether that is through integration or building something from the ground up. Additional work and price information: Our Care Support packages include a dedicated account manager to provide ongoing support with a predetermined number of hours available. These hours can be used for design or development time, to add custom features or code and to make changes to your website as required. Pricing is based on the number of hours you sign up for each month.
