  Hicks & Brown came to us originally for a full site audit - design, UI, UX, speed, analytics and overall performance. We gave a comprehensive list of recommendation which they commissioned us to implement. They were so happy, they've been with us for over 5 years and counting.

• Stokes Tea & Coffee

  A historic brand with over 100 years in Tea & Coffee. They came to TRS in 2018 to re-platform from WooCommerce to Shopify, requesting a full re-design to reflect their business. Since moving they've seen huge growth in sales and engagement. We've supported them integrating SAGE, taking subscriptions and delivering a solution for their wholesale side.

  TRS ran a thorough audit of our website and we received a comprehensive document with everything from user interface/visuals to detailed statistics and clever recommendations based on what was seen. They costed each piece of recommended work clearly so we could focus on the most important updates in order of priority, making it much easier for us to budget for the work spreading it out over a period of time.   TRS are a long term partner of ours and a critical piece of our business infrastructure who always deliver to the highest standards. They regularly undertake complex projects for us and this private app has been a prime example, completed on-time and within budget. They are an intelligent bunch with a never-ending can-do attitude. The brief for this project was to enable multiple marketing consents for customers at the checkout, beyond the native basic single consent option provided by Shopify, and integrate these consents with further trigger actions into our CRM systems. TRS carried out the brief at pace and always overcame issues armed with a proactive approach to the build and testing of the app code which ultimately led to an extremely stable environment with thorough fail safe mechanisms. We can now very confidently rely on the app system to carry out our business needs day-to-day all thanks to the expert, diligent, creative and proactive skills at TRS.

  TRS Design developed a custom in-theme solution so we could stop using an expensive app for gift wrapping and other add-on products (which weren't really offering exactly what we wanted anyway). They turned this around for us in no time, our product pages look so much better for it and we are really happy with the work they have done for us on this, just wish we had thought to ask them sooner!
