• SportsShoes.com | Shopify POS for a flagship built to move

  SportsShoes.com wanted its new Shoreditch flagship to feel connected to its established online business. We integrated Shopify POS with an ecommerce platform other than Shopify in under three weeks. Store teams can access more than 90,000 SKUs through an endless aisle model, giving customers more choice than the shop floor alone can hold.

• Leader Online | Two established sites become one Shopify store

  Leader Doors and Leader Floors had grown into separate shopping journeys. We brought them together as Leader Online on Shopify, with a clearer site structure, a flooring calculator, Brightpearl integration and coordinated SEO and paid media support. In its first four weeks on Shopify, gross sales rose 12% and orders rose 11% against the same period a year earlier.

• CHO | A Shopify migration built for the next chapter

  Fashion retailer CHO needed a more flexible platform for its growing business. We managed its move to Shopify with particular care for SEO and marketing continuity. Following migration, the number of ranking keywords increased by 50%, from 20,800 to 31,400, while search visibility also rose by 50%. A change of platform became a stronger foundation for growth.

• Fat Buddha | Bringing eCommerce and the shop floor together

  Fat Buddha wanted its online store and Glasgow shop to work as one. We moved the business to Shopify and Shopify POS, redesigned the shopping experience and mapped a catalogue with tens of thousands of product variants. We also installed and configured POS and trained the store team before launch, replacing a fragmented setup with a more connected way to operate.

  Puresport needed its charity event to run smoothly wherever customers chose to pay. We configured Shopify POS, enabled tap to pay on staff devices and helped address gaps in venue connectivity. The team could take payments, follow sales against its fundraising goal and capture customer information throughout the event. A temporary space still deserves a proper retail experience.

• WALK London | Giving an existing Shopify store a fresh start

  WALK London’s Shopify store needed cleaner code, a better customer journey and renewed marketing direction. We simplified the technical setup, redesigned the storefront and brought paid search, social, affiliates and CRO expertise into the growth plan. The published case study records a 64% increase in revenue, a 29% increase in average order value and 43% more new customers.
