• Custom apps and integrationsFrom $999
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Building custom apps for Shopify is a core part of Bento. From small microservices to major applications, we develop using industry-leading cloud systems that can scale to any level of usage. For fully custom apps, we look to hold an introductory call to discuss the needs of the client and determine how we can help. For smaller apps or app integrations, we can quote them directly. We look forward to speaking with you about your needs, so please contact us today! Additional work and price information: Microservices start at $999+. Ex: Inventory sync systems, order tagging, notification systems, text messaging. Small apps that run on-site start at $4999. Ex: Quiz systems, custom bundle setups, & front-facing applications. Med & Lrg apps that require admin interfaces & more complex business logic starts at $9999. For these apps, we begin with a discovery phase. For app integrations, we require a $109 consultation fee to be paid for initial research.

• POS setup and migrationFrom $109

  Included in starting price: Our initial offering is to review your current POS system, check to see what I formation can be migrated, and then detail this with you on a video call. We also will answer basic questions about POS and how migration would work for your operations. For integrations with Shopify POS, we would first take the time to understand your need and determine if an app or other integration solution already exists that can help solve that issue. If not we can also look at building a custom solution. Additional work and price information: Most POS migrations involve store migration as well. We can work with you to develop a solution that fits your needs and moves your online store and POS to Shopify. Integrations with Shopify POS can mean a lot of things, so our starting price is simply our hourly price.

• Theme customizationFrom $218
  What's included

  Included in starting price: When it comes to Theme Customization we are able to add many different things to fit your needs. The best thing to do is connect with us and include as much detail about what you are looking for. From there, we can give you an estimate of time and cost or set up a time to talk about your needs further. Our hourly rate for design and development is $109. Additional work and price information: For smaller customizations, we will work with you via email to determine the specific need and define a statement of work with a firm budget and timeline. For larger custom features or page builds, we will likely set up a discovery call to define the project completely before proceeding. For Theme Customizations there is a two-hour minimum.

• TroubleshootingFrom $109
  What's included

  Included in starting price: To begin, we conduct an audit of the issue at hand and see if we can diagnose and solve the problem within the first 30 minutes. If we are not able to, we will let you know further about your options and describe the next steps. All of the communication during this service is via the Experts Marketplace and email. Additional work and price information: Please note that this service is a diagnosis. Just as you would take a computer to a repair shop and ask for them to diagnose the issue, we conduct an audit and review the problem. While these issues are not always a simple fix, in many cases we are able to fix minor issues in the initial amount of time.

Some of these include: • Custom functionality such as recurring orders/subscriptions, customized workflows, bundled products, and more. • App installations, such as Recharge, Bold Apps, SEO tools, and much more • Software integrations with third-party logistics • Settings configurations If you have an additional need, we have likely completed it before and can work with you to ensure it works as required.

• Store migrationFrom $599
  What's included

  Included in starting price: Our base price migration includes importing up to 20 blog posts, your customers, products, and most settings from your Wordpress Woocommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, or Squarespace. We also include a 1-hour call to discuss the specifics of the migration and review the settings that we are not able to complete on our own. Additional work and price information: Along with the basic plan, we can additionally help with theme setup, application install, custom applications and development, and much more. The best bet is to contact us and have a discussion with us to find the best solution to your specific needs. Migrations are not always easy, but our experience means we are ready to handle your unique migration and any challenges which may arise.

  JOI needed a custom theme that mirrored their eye-catching mockups exactly. They also required custom scripts in order to handle discounted subscriptions and an upsell & bundling system configured. • Wovn Home - Custom Product Application

  Wovn Home needed a custom application that would allow their customers to purchase fully custom window coverings. Customers needed to be able to choose their covering type, fabric, lining, number of panels, and enter in their specific window dimensions. • Skoosh Skin - Custom App & Quiz System

  Skoosh offers a wide variety of skin care products and wanted to be able to offer their customers a unique and customized range of products. For them, we created an interactive quiz system that allows customers to enter in their information and be given a fully custom skin care regime with recommended products. • Room & Wheel

  Room & Wheel offer customizable tiny homes for rent and they needed a new, fully custom-designed theme as well as a complete "AirBNB" style booking system and custom application to handle all their booking needs.
