We started working with Lakehouse Group a few weeks before BCFM 2024 with the goal of revamping our online store. In the months leading up to it, we had noticed a gradual decline in our revenues and determined that our outdated platform was largely responsible for this drop. To address this, we initiated a complete rebranding and took the opportunity to redesign our online store from the ground up. With the guidance and expertise of Lakehouse, we migrated to Shopify Plus, completely changed our theme, and implemented several key enhancements, including: • A revamp of our volume-based offers by product category, • The integration of upsell features in the cart and checkout, • A fully customized checkout page, • And much more. Today, we consider Lakehouse a trusted and reliable partner in maximizing our growth. We are currently working with them to enhance our marketing strategy, refining our email flows and tactical marketing campaigns.
