• Ultracuts: getting a national salon chain found locally

  Ultracuts has salons across Canada, so we made sure that when someone nearby searches for a cut, the closest location shows up first, with its Google reviews right there. We rebuilt the main site, and searches finding them grew about 20x. Their separate Shopify shop sells retail products, with free shipping in Canada and add-ons offered right in the cart.

• Jenna Rae Cakes: the Shopify build behind weekly sellouts

  Jenna Rae Cakes sells out most weeks, so the store cannot wobble when stock drops. We run their Shopify build: complex made-to-order product options, pickup scheduling and shipping in one cart, order tagging automation, plus ongoing SEO and conversion work. Years in, we are still their dev team, which tells you how the first project went.

• Smack Pet Food: retail and wholesale on one store

  Smack sells premium pet food both to shoppers and to the stores that stock it, across Canada and the US. We gave their wholesale buyers a login where each account sees its own pricing and reorders in a few clicks on their usual terms, without a pile of add-on apps holding it together. We run both country stores so shoppers see the right prices and currency.

• Trafalgar: a rebuild where shoppers find the right piece fast

  We rebuilt Trafalgar, the luxury men's accessories brand, on Shopify Plus. Now the search understands what shoppers mean, so someone after a brown leather belt finds it in seconds instead of scrolling past and leaving. The store loads fast, the pages are built to show up on Google, and product details and stock stay right without anyone updating them by hand.
