  Global Shopify Plus platform rebuild for the Australian performance apparel brand. Architecture, design and engineering for a store trading internationally at volume. The project type we're built for: fixed-price rebuild first, ongoing engineering partnership after.

• Quad Lock: Data-Led Redesign on Shopify Plus

  Redesign for a high-volume global brand where every structural change had to be justified by years of user data. We analysed the behaviour that shaped the existing store, then re-engineered how products are served and discovered. Changes built on evidence, not taste.
